Information Trace will need in order to issue a quote:

1. Number of samples?
2. Matrix (soil, water, air, oil, sediment, other)?
3. Detection limit requirements, or regulatory agency directing the project (which will dictate the detection limits)?
4. Frequency of sampling events?
5. Will sampling by Trace be required?
6. Method number and list of compounds needed?
7. Turn around time requirements (standard, 24 hour, 48 hour, 3 day)?
8. Reporting and data package requirements (Level I, Level II, Level III, and Level IV), whether electronic deliverables are required, and to whom the report will go?
9. Who the project manager will be?
10. Who the invoice will go to/P.O. required?
